Ducks Unlimited

Ducks Unlimited Canada is hosting Duck Day at the Farm Centre in Charlottetown on Saturday, June 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a free event for the whole family. There will be live musical entertainment by the Music Man, a free BBQ, a nest-box building workshop, wetland games and critter dipping, and so much more! We’ll also be celebrating Charlottetown’s favourite black duck, Lucy. Each year Lucy nests in the garden centre at Superstore, and treks with her brood across University Avenue to the DUC-restored wetlands by the Farmer’s Market –so you can try to spot her on one of our nature walks!   Contact Wade Lewis at 902-569-6024 for additional information
